Returning to the Circus.
The first trip since child hood was back 2016. I had a great time, the photography from 2016 was everything I had hoped for. A strong sense of culture and a unique, atoning experience of individualism. The camera survives the dark environment and thrives on the authentic mystery of complex black white metering.
In 2023 I finally got back round to another visit, as close to the ring as you can get. The wonderful thing about this visit was the succession of practical journalism that I captured amongst the stunt shows.
